Informational estimation tool

BorderMath provides estimates and access to public tariff information. It does not provide customs brokerage, tax, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it does not make binding commodity-classification or origin decisions.

No declaration-ready guarantee

A tariff result can be affected by rules of origin, quotas, anti-dumping or safeguard measures, additional codes, excise, certificates, licences, valuation rules and other conditions. You are responsible for verifying the information used for any customs declaration.

Availability and source data

Tariff lookups depend on third-party public services. Data may be unavailable, delayed, changed or withdrawn. BorderMath may cache responses briefly for performance and resilience.

Use of estimates

Do not commit to a purchase, quote, contract or customs declaration solely on the basis of a BorderMath estimate where an error could cause material loss. Obtain appropriate confirmation for high-value, unusual or regulated goods.

Intellectual property and data

BorderMath's original interface and explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Public sector tariff information is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 where applicable.
